The Admissions Director works closely with families, physicians, hospitals, and social service agencies to arrange for smooth and orderly transitions to Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cromwell.

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cromwell accepts admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Priority Partners, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Riverside, University of Maryland Medicare Advantage as well as Private Pay.
